Bob Penquite currently works for Community First Bank in Harrison, Arkansas. He is the Commercial Loan Officer and Assistant Vice-President/Small Business Development Specialist. In his job, he develops and manages the US Small Business Administration Loan Department. Bob formerly worked as a small business consultant for the University of Arkansas Small Business Development Center Office in Harrison, Arkansas. He is a board member of Northwest Arkansas Local Workforce Investment Board, a nonprofit organization established to provide one-stop based employment services and skill enhancement programs to promote business and individual growth in the region. Bob currently serves as president of the FORGE Board of Trustees.
Jim Morgan, Ph.D
Jim Morgan raises sheep in Washington County, Arkansas. He and his wife Teresaís focus is to make the farm sustainable financially, socially, and environmentally. Besides raising breeding stock, they direct market their lamb at the Fayetteville Farmers Market and to local restaurants. Jim has been involved with the FORGE board of trustees since 1995. Jimís background in sustainable agriculture and political issues has led to his involvement in promoting sustainable communities that use their natural resources wisely. Jim also works for, writes and gives presentations for national sheep associations.

Rebecca Lynn is the owner of Rebecca Lynn and Associates, a real estate company based in St. Paul, Arkansas. Before moving to St. Paul, Rebecca was a trial consultant and worked in the field of jury selection, where she worked on high profile cases for many of her clients. Besides serving on the FORGE Board, Rebecca is an active member of the Arkansas Realtor Association.
Mary is the Director of Immigrant Programs for Credit Counseling of Arkansas. Before becoming a member of the FORGE Board of Trustees, Mary served on Boards of the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, Rebuilding Together, The Fayetteville Community Foundation, The Hispanic Women's Organization of Arkansas and the Multicultural Center of NWA. Mary is a certified credit counselor and has a BSBA degree in Data Processing and Quantitative Analysis. She worked as a contract manager for the aviation industry and as an English teacher in Argentina. Mary is a farmer and an artist and her family runs a restaurant in Fayetteville.
